I had a fantastic three-day break at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel and grounds were spotless, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. Although some aspects of the room showed signs of age, it didn't detract from my overall experience. The food was exceptional and well-presented, and the spa treatments were a highlight. The only downside was the hectic Medina just a short drive away, but the ambiance of the hotel made it worthwhile to escape back to the serenity of the pool.

The hotel offers a beautiful traditional ambiance and a lovely pool area, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by food-related illness and inconsistent service. While I appreciated the attentive staff in some areas, their overall behavior towards all-inclusive guests felt lacking. It's a shame because the amenities and initial enjoyment were promising, but I left feeling uneasy about the overall experience.

I just returned from a week at Jaal Resort Marrakesh, which was a mix of beautiful surroundings and some disappointments. The resort has lovely gardens and a nice pool area, but I felt it didn’t quite deliver the 5-star experience it advertised. The room was comfortable but dated, and while the food at the pool bar was impressive, the service was hit or miss and some amenities fell short. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay but wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
